The house has been completely renovated and its Mallorcan charm restored. The façade typically Mallorcan very unassuming, only to shine inside with modern furniture, beautiful floors, and many restored details. The interior reflects the true character of this old country house from the 16th century and has been combined with the modern furnishings to create a comfortable holiday home. From the entrance of the finca, the glazed front door leads into a large entrance hall, from which a stone archway leads into the cozy living and dining room with stone floor and indirect lighting, which gives a warm and inviting atmosphere. The 50" TV from 2023 with Netflix, HBO, Disney and Astra satellite reception and DVD leaves nothing to be desired on possible bad weather days around the fireplace. Unfortunately, you must work on holiday or want to Skype with the grandparents? - No problem, the finca offers stable WIFI with sufficient speed. The kitchen (with access to the pool side of the house) and fully equipped with ceramic hob and 2 ovens, microwave and 2 fridges each with freezer compartment is separated by a large glass wall. There are various coffee machines available (including Dulce Gusto, filter coffee machine). On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a room for the washing machine, ironing board and iron. A few steps up the stairs, we find the gallery bedroom which has a double bed (1.50*2.00 m) in a gallery. In the room there is also a sofa (or extra bed on request) and a bathroom en suite. Further up the stairs is the glazed gallery divided by a bookcase into reading corner with 2 comfortable armchairs and the sleeping area with 2 single beds (0.90*2.00m) and a bathroom en suite. A third bedroom with access to the terrace is on the same floor, also with 2 single beds, bathroom en suite and 2 comfortable armchairs. Directly to the left of the main house with separate entrance, we find the annex with another lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden. From there a staircase leads to 2 further bedrooms with single beds (0,90*2,00) Both bedrooms have bathroom en suite. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating (each charged according to consumption). In each of the 5 bathrooms en suite you will find a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. As a highlight for the smallest guests, there is a full range of accessories. The outdoor area of the house is complemented by a beautiful covered outdoor kitchen with seating and a charcoal barbecue and gas cooker, ideal for outdoor cooking lovers in a totally rural and tranquil setting. The pool area is surrounded by a wooden deck and has a lawned garden area and raised terrace with sun loungers for resting and relaxing. Pool towels are provided free of charge.
