It is a genuine, relaxed cooking and dining experience that takes place right on your finca. All steps are prepared fresh on site: the caldo is made, the sofrito is cooked in the pan, and the paella simmers slowly – no shortcuts, no preparations, no stress.
While the caldo is simmering, small Mediterranean tapas are prepared, which are the perfect way to start the relaxed meal. Anyone who wants to can join in at any time, cutting, stirring or tasting – or simply watch and enjoy the special atmosphere. Everything at your own pace.
