Here you will find a fantastic chlorine swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5 metres) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers to surrender yourself to the Balearic sun. Next to the water, a terrace area with a portable barbecue invites you to extend summer evenings sharing outdoor dinners.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, the interior layout guarantees privacy and well-being:
Rest area: It has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with air conditioning (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), whilst the third bedroom (with a double bed) offers unique direct access to the terrace and pool.
Bathrooms: It has 2 full bathrooms equipped with a bathtub.
Social area: A cosy lounge with a large sofa, satellite television (with international channels) and high-speed WIFI connection. The separate dining room has seating for 6 guests.
Kitchen and laundry: Fully independent kitchen equipped with main appliances (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer) and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and iron.

Strategically situated on the urban boundaries of the traditional town of Sa Pobla, the house is just a 2-minute walk from its vibrant main square—famous for its Sunday market and its international Jazz festival in August—and a mere 11 km from the paradisiacal beaches of Alcúdia and Muro. Furthermore, the proximity to the picturesque municipalities of Pollença and Alcúdia (about 20 minutes away) will allow you to easily explore the cultural and historical richness of the area.

Included Services: Free public parking, bed linen and bath towels (beach towels should be brought from home).
Travelling with children: With the little ones in mind, a cot and high chair are available upon request.
Timetable: Check-in from 16:00 | Check-out before 10:00.
House rules: In order to guarantee rest and the preservation of the property, the organisation of parties or events is not permitted, nor is the entry of pets.
Additional costs: Mandatory tourist taxes will be paid in cash upon arrival. Air conditioning consumption (heat pump cold/heat) is regulated by meter with a supplement of €0.40 per kW.
