The air-conditioned living and dining room is adjacent to the open kitchen. The house is suitable for home office due to its fast internet connection, and there is also a 46" Smart TV with Astra satellite in the following language(s): Spanish, English, German), radio reception via TV. For your safety, a safe is also available.
The open kitchen with electric hob is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Outdoor Area:
On the first floor, there is a fully furnished terrace with a comfortable seating area, dining table with 4 chairs, built-in charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, and a parasol.
Extras:
Bedding and towels, beach towels, welcome package upon arrival, table tennis, 1 free baby cot and 1 high chair upon registration, board games. Parties and celebrations are not allowed.

The accommodation is located in the small coastal town of Porto Christo, which belongs to the municipality of Manacor and is famous for its stalactite caves "Cuevas del Drach" and "Cuevas del Hams" and the pretty harbour. Nearby you will find shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The house is located near very beautiful small sandy bays and beaches, such as Cala Romántica and Cala Varques.
